The location of the bay depends mainly on the calm and receding waves in this place, which helps in restoring a safe and large beach in this area The project includes adding new places for modern motels, playgrounds and new marine sports entering Ras el-Barr for the first time, which will provide new job opportunities for young people.

Surah Al-Rahman, verse: 19_20, and at the meeting point this hotel was established with four floors and all its rooms overlook Mediterranean Sea, Likewise, at the meeting point between the Nile River and the Mediterranean Sea, the hotel will be established by the governorate and will be its exclusive property, and it is expected to have major positive effects on all economic activities in the governorate, and its management will be assigned legally to one of the international companies in the field of hotels and tourism.
Public Parks
As part of the governorate's interest in providing public parks for citizens to increase the area of the green area, 18 sites in Ras el-Barr have been selected to be equipped as public parks. Seven of these parks have been completed: a park on Street 109, covering an area of 5,000 square meters, a park on Street 75, a park on Street 77, a park on Street 31, Al Rahma Mosque Park in the city center, Al Balaj Park on Street 40, and a park on Street 29. They are now ready to receive visitors for free.
